Commencement
Commencement is the official ceremony in which the President of GateWay College confers the certification and/or degree upon students who have fulfilled their requirements. Commencement is in the Spring for GateWay Community College graduates and candidates.
To be eligible to participate at Commencement, each student must:
- Complete the Graduation Application.
- Pay the appropriate document and commencement fees.
Have completed all requirements for your degree and/or certificate,
OR
- Be enrolled in course work that will be completed within six weeks of the appropriate Commencement.
