GateWay Community College students have five different registration options from which to choose. Please follow the procedures listed below for each option to ensure that your registration will be complete and correct:

1.      Online at my.maricopa.edu

New! The Maricopa Community Colleges now have one centralized site for class registration, grades, and online payments.  This site has a "Help" section for common questions, tutorials, and assistance via online chat .

2.       Walk-In

Students may register in person at the GateWay Central Student Service Counter at the above address during our regular office hours:

Monday - Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday:                      8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m       (during the summer we are closed on Fridays).

3.      Operator Assisted - call (602) 286-8100

         Open Monday-Thursday:  8am-4:30pm

Registration is limited to eleven credit semester hours, or less. Students may also pay by calling the Operator Assisted number with any of the following credit cards: VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, or Novus.

4.       FAX  (602) 286-8072

Students may FAX their registration to our office for processing. Students are limited to eleven credit hours, or less, and may not enroll in any course with a prefix of BIO, ENG, RDG, MAT, NCE126, NCE156, or CRE.

Registration must include your name, social security number, address, phone numbers (home and work), and the prefix and section number of the course(s). If you are new to GateWay Community College, you will be required to complete the Student Information Form before you can register for classes.  Do not wait for a schedule/invoice to pay tuition and fees. Call (602)286-8277 to pay by credit card or come in person to the Cashier's Office to make payment.

Registration by FAX is available:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday:                     8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

5.       Mail

Students may mail in their registration to the Admissions, Registration & Records Office at 108 N. 40th St., Phoenix, AZ 85034. Students are limited eleven credit hours, or less, and may not enroll in any course with a prefix of  BIO, ENG, RDG, MAT, NCE126, NCE156, or CRE.

Please include your name, social security number, address, and phone number where you can be reached and the courses which you are selecting. If you are new to GateWay Community College, you will be required to complete the Student Information Form before you can register for classes.
